8th Week Two, April 1st-April 7th

Hello 8th Graders!!,
This week you are actually creating and putting your element projects together.

Element Cube:
On the rubric I have broken down each side of the cube to cover specific information. On the back of the hard copy you will find 6 equal sized squares. Each of these squares represent a "side".

You may add fun colorful paper, scrap booking paper to the side, or hand decorate the white paper. (Please, do NOT leave it white.)

Please type information or write NEATLY so it can be read.

Make sure to double check each sides bullet points and include each requirement to every side.

Once each side is completed tape the six sides together to make a cross. **Leave flat, we will tape together once we return to school.**

Don't forget the extra credit option to create a 3-D Bohr Model Including protons, neutrons, and electrons of your element.
Extra Credit - 3-D Atom

Baby Book:
Using the rubric follow the order of your pages. Each page has specific information to be included.

You may use fun colorful paper, scrap booking paper, or hand decorate the white paper for each of your pages. (Please, do NOT leave pages white.)

Please type any information included on pages or write NEATLY so it can be read.

Make sure to double check each pages bullet points and include each requirement to every page.

Page 2 "Birth Certificate" is on the the back page of your hard copy packet. Feel free to customize your own version of the certificate, but be sure to include all the same information.

Don't forget the extra credit option to create a 3-D Bohr Model Including protons, neutrons, and electrons of your element.
