8th Week 3 - April 8th - April 14th

Hello 8th Graders!!
We are moving on from chemistry and beginning our human body unit! This will take us the next few weeks to complete, hopefully we will be back in school soon!

Below you will find the day by day break down for the week which includes my videos over the lessons and information you need to know.

Day One: Wednesday, April 8th -
Print your science attachment, you will need page one.

Go to the 2nd page of the attachment, "Number of Bones Counted".
First begin by trying to count the number of bones that make up each section of your body. Try to feel for where one bone ends and the next begins.

Now find two other people in your household. Have them count the number of their bones. Do your best to be as accurate as possible. Total all your bones up for each individual and calculate your average.

Answer the question... Do you think your totals are accurate?? Why or Why not?

Now go to the site below to see how you did counting. Here you will see a break down of each section of your skeleton.
